Students from AAST250: Asian American Foodways will be leading an interactive cooking demo featuring sago. While bite-sized, these tiny pearls derived from the tropical palm tree transmit extraordinary stories of Asian American culinary adaptation and resilience. Food donations to the Campus Pantry are welcome.
